Karin Jironet acquired a PhD in Theology (Psychology of Religion, Amsterdam), followed by an accreditation in analytical psychology in Zurich. She is a practising Jungian psychologist and author of several books on leadership, especially female leadership, and on spirituality. She works with executive leadership development in private practices in Amsterdam and Rome. Karin is on the Executive of the Dutch Association for Analytical Psychology and is a co-founder of In Claritas, an international community in search for the global image of future governance. Her talks take a psycho-spiritual approach to Dante’s Journey through Purgatory, discussing the process of overcoming the tension between inner motivations and outer expectations through personal development in order to achieve balanced leadership.
